Ingredients

200 mlcoconut milk
120 mlwhole milk
70 mldouble cream
80 gcaster sugar
15 ggolden syrup
10 gdried skimmed milk
15 gdesiccated coconut, toasted (topping, to serve)

Method

•Use full-fat coconut milk. The light one makes it icy.
•A few chunks of pineapple on top make it taste like a holiday.
