Ingredients

220 mlwhole milk
140 mldouble cream
75 gcaster sugar
10 ggolden syrup
20 gcocoa powder
30 gdark chocolate
10 gdried skimmed milk

Method

•Use 70% dark chocolate for a grown-up version, milk chocolate for a softer one.
•A pinch of instant coffee makes it taste more of chocolate, not coffee.
