120 mllemon juice
95 gcaster sugar
15 gglucose syrup (Dr. Oetker Liquid Glucose)
1 tsplemon zest

Method

•Three or four lemons give you about 120 ml of juice.
•Serve it in hollowed-out lemon halves.
