250 mlsemi skimmed milk
200 mlunsweetened almond drink
2 tspdried skimmed milk
30 gvanilla whey protein
5 tspPure Via erythritol sweetener
0.5 gxanthan gum (a generous pinch if you don't have fine scales)
Pinch of salt
8drops vanilla extract
38 gfrozen cookie dough chunks (stirred in by hand)
