Ingredients

250 mlsemi skimmed milk
200 mlunsweetened almond drink
2 tspdried skimmed milk
30 gchocolate whey protein
3 tspPure Via erythritol sweetener
0.5 gxanthan gum (a generous pinch if you don't have fine scales)
8drops vanilla extract
1 tbspcocoa powder
Pinch of salt

Method

•Cocoa likes to clump. Whisk the dry mix into a splash of the milk first, then add the rest.
