Ingredients

200 mlsemi skimmed milk
200 mlunsweetened almond drink
2 tspdried skimmed milk
30 gchocolate whey protein
3 tspPure Via erythritol sweetener
0.5 gxanthan gum (a generous pinch if you don't have fine scales)
Pinch of salt
1 tbspcocoa powder
8drops vanilla extract
14 galmonds, toasted, crushed (mix-in)
20 gdark chocolate (70% or more), roughly chopped (mix-in)
2 tbspmini marshmallows (stirred in by hand at the end)

Method

•To serve: whipped cream or sugar-free chocolate sauce, if you like.
