Ingredients

240 mlwhole milk
150 mldouble cream
70 gcaster sugar
10 ggolden syrup
15 gdried skimmed milk
½ tsppeppermint extract
40 gdark chocolate, chopped (mix-in)

Method

•Want it green? A couple of drops of green food colouring.
•After Eights instead of the chocolate. Break them into rough pieces and fold them in by hand, as the soft filling smears in Mix-in.
