Ingredients

250 mlsemi skimmed milk
200 mlunsweetened almond drink
2 tspdried skimmed milk
30 gvanilla whey protein
3 tspPure Via erythritol sweetener
0.5 gxanthan gum (a generous pinch if you don't have fine scales)
Pinch of salt
8drops vanilla extract
1 tsppistachio paste
28 gpistachios, shelled and unsalted (mix-in)

Method

•Pistachio and almond: add 3 drops almond extract to the mix.
