Carrot cake Ninja Creami

Ingredients

• 300 mlmilk
• 50 ggrated carrot
• 25 glow fat Chobani yogurt
• 1/4 tspcinnamon
• 1/4 tspxanthum gum
• 1/4 tspvanilla extract
• 1/4 tspsea salt
• 1/4 tspsweetener
• 1 pinchnutmeg
• 1scoop protein (cinnamon or vanilla)

Method

1. 1. Add the milk, grated carrot, yogurt, cinnamon, xanthan gum, vanilla extract, sea salt, sweetener, nutmeg and protein to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
2. 2. Pour the mix into the tub, making sure it does not go over the max line.
3. 3. Freeze for 24 hours.
4. 4. Take the tub out of the freezer and check the surface is level. Scrape off any hump with a spoon. Leave the tub to stand for 10–15 minutes. Don't run it under hot water, as the ice block can come loose and damage the machine.
5. 5. Put the tub in the machine and run the Lite Ice Cream programme.
6. 6. If it looks powdery, add 1–2 tbsp milk and give it a re-spin.
