Strawberry cheesecake ice cream

Ingredients

• 300 mlSuperNutrio protein milk
• 40 gfrozen strawberries
• 1 tbspPhiladelphia Lightest cream cheese
• 1 tspvanilla extract
• 1 pinchsalt
• 1 tbspsweetener
• 1/4 tspxanthan gum
• 1digestive biscuit

Method

1. 1. Blend the frozen strawberries into the milk until completely smooth.
2. 2. Add the cream cheese, vanilla extract, salt, sweetener and xanthan gum. Mix well.
3. 3. Pour into the tub, up to the max line, and freeze for 24 hours.
4. 4. Leave the tub to stand for 10–15 minutes. Don't run it under hot water, as the ice block can come loose and damage the machine.
5. 5. Put the tub in the machine and run the Lite Ice Cream programme.
6. 6. If it looks powdery, give it a re-spin.
7. 7. Dig a hole in the centre down to the bottom of the tub and add the crushed digestive biscuit.
8. 8. Run the Mix-in programme and give it a re-spin if needed until the texture is right.
