• 400 gfat free milk
• 40 gmonk fruit sweetener
• 1 tspvanilla bean paste
• 1 pinchsalt
• 1/4 tspxanthan gum
• 5Oreo Thins, cream removed

Method

1. 1. Blend the milk, monk fruit sweetener, vanilla bean paste, salt and xanthan gum until smooth.
2. 2. Pour the mix into the tub, up to the max line, and freeze for at least 16 hours.
3. 3. Leave the tub to stand for 10–15 minutes. Don't run it under hot water, as the ice block can come loose and damage the machine.
4. 4. Put the tub in the machine and run the Lite Ice Cream programme.
5. 5. If it looks powdery, give it a re-spin.
6. 6. Dig a hole down to the bottom with a butter knife and fill it with the Oreo Thins.
7. 7. Run the Mix-in programme.
