Ingredients

250 mlsemi skimmed milk
200 mlunsweetened almond drink
2 tspdried skimmed milk
30 gchocolate whey protein
3 tspPure Via erythritol sweetener
0.5 gxanthan gum (a generous pinch if you don't have fine scales)
Pinch of salt
8drops vanilla extract
1 tbspcocoa powder
20 gdark chocolate (70%), roughly chopped (mix-in)

•White chocolate version: swap the dark chocolate for 20 g Milkybar Giant Buttons, chopped.
