Ingredients

240 mlwhole milk
160 mldouble cream
70 gcaster sugar
10 ggolden syrup
15 gdried skimmed milk
1 tspvanilla extract
45 gOreos, broken (mix-in)

Method

•Break the Oreos into quarters. Crumbs disappear into the ice cream, bigger pieces stay crunchy.
•Keep a couple back to crumble over the top.
