Ingredients

230 mlwhole milk
160 mldouble cream
70 gcaster sugar
20 ggolden syrup
15 gdried skimmed milk
1 tspvanilla extract

Method

•Vanilla paste instead of extract gives you the little black specks.
•Leave out the golden syrup and it'll still work. It just sets a little harder.
